– You and the teacher will define your objectives and your current level (in Arabic or Quran), and the teacher will suggest a program that will help you meet your objectives.
– Have a look at our pricing list, order the required lesson hours, determine your available times, and register for the program that fits your needs.
–The classes are conducted via Zoom with the webcam turned on to ensure good communication between the student and the teacher. Please click here to download Zoom.
– Our female teachers teach the female students and the male teachers teach male students. Parents can choose whether they want male or female teachers for their children.
What are the tools needed to attend my lessons?
– A personal computer/laptop.
– A stable Internet Connection.
– A headset and a microphone.
– A webcam is optional.
Can I choose my teacher?
We usually appoint the most suitable teacher for you to help you achieve your objectives. If you wish a particular teacher for any reason, we’ll do our best to arrange your course with him/her according to your schedule.
Can I contact the teacher privately?
Unfortunately, contacting the teacher privately is not allowed. If there is anything you need to contact the teacher for, you can contact us via our Whatsapp NO. +201551907884 and we will do our best to help you through it.
Do you use the webcam for the lessons?
-Generally, we do recommend turning on the camera for both the teacher and the student for better communication. Also, it will make the lesson more effective and the student will be more active.
-If the teacher is female, please make sure there are no men in the same room. In case the student is a child, please make sure that the mother will attend with him and not the father.
I’m a complete beginner; can I book one of your programs?
Definitely yes. The teacher will help you achieve your objectives even if you’ll start studying from scratch. In this case, you will need to start with the General Arabic program as it will be important to do some homework in between the lessons.
Do you offer classes for children? And at what age does a child start studying?
Yes, we offer classes for children as they are the base of our ummah. We recommend that the child start studying at the age of 6 but if the child is able to aware and understand, we can start with him/her at the age of 5.
What is the lessons’ cancellation policy?
Time is the most precious thing in our life. Therefore, everyone should pay particular attention to organize his time and not to waste it. That’s why we are very keen on your time and your teachers’ time. We do our best to arrange your course’s times in order to study in a stable environment and get the most out of your course. Therefore, we advise our students to pay particular attention to their class times.
Our lessons’ cancellation policy is as follows:
– If the student would like to cancel or reschedule a lesson, it’s better to inform us -through our WhatsApp NO. +201551907884- 2 hours before the lesson. That’s because we need to have enough time before the lesson to be able to arrange your class according to your preferred time.
– In case the student informed us of his desire to cancel or reschedule the lesson giving less than 2 hours’ notice, his lesson will be recorded on our system as *Late Cancellation* and in this case, we can’t add a compensatory session at the end of the package.
– In case the student informed us after the session started, he will be recorded as absent, and also, we’ll not be able to reschedule it or add a compensatory lesson to the end of the package.
– If the student has an emergent matter, definitely we offer help and try our best to reschedule the lesson or add a compensatory lesson to the end of the package.
What is the compensation policy for the missed classes?
We do our best to make sure the students are taking their classes regularly and that they don’t miss any of their classes. If the student forgot about his class, we send him a reminder of his running class so that he can attend and not miss his lesson.
Our policy for compensating for missed lessons is as follows:
– If the student missed a lesson without notice, we’ll not be able to reschedule it or add a compensatory lesson to the end of the package. That’s because the teacher already attended and waited for him.
– If the student missed a lesson giving less than 2 hours’ notice, we’ll not be able to reschedule it or add a compensatory lesson to the end of the package.
– If the student informs us of his absence more than 2 hours before the lesson, a compensatory lesson can be arranged for him.
What if I’m late for a lesson?
Lessons must always start on time. If you are late you will lose the time that you missed because the teacher often has a lesson scheduled immediately after your session.
What if the teacher is late or absent?
– Our teachers are always on time. In case the teacher is late because of a technical issue, he is responsible for compensating the student for the missed time at the end of the running class or to add it to the student’s next class.
– In case the teacher is not able to give the lesson, the student will be informed before the lesson and a compensatory lesson will be added to the end of his package.
– In case the teacher is facing any technical issue and, as a result, missed the lesson, a compensatory lesson will be added to the end of his package.
What if I’m experiencing technical issues during my classes?

How can I pay the tuition fees?
We have several methods for payment that suits you wherever you are. Payments can be made through any of the following methods:
PayPal – Master Card – Visa Card – Western union – Direct bank transfer.
What is the refund policy?
Our refund policy:
– within the first week, If you decide not to continue, we’ll be refunded 100% of what you’ve paid us.
– After the first week, if you would not like to continue, you will be refunded the cost of the remaining lessons.
However, we try hard to find a solution before reaching this case as our students are very important to us and we like to make them satisfied and comfortable.
