TERMS AND CONDITIONS
– ATTENDANCE POLICY
Students and teachers must be online on time. No delays are accepted from both student and teacher sides.
– DRESS CODE
Students should ensure that their outfit is modest and suitable for the Holy Quran class.
– RESCHEDULED AND MAKE-UP CLASSES
– If the student would like to cancel or reschedule a lesson, it’s better to inform us -through our WhatsApp NO. +201551907884- 2 or 3 hours before the lesson. That’s because we need to have enough time before the lesson to be able to arrange your class according to your preferred time.
– If the student missed a lesson without notice, we’ll not be able to reschedule it or add a compensatory lesson to the end of the package except if there is a sudden illness or death in the family.
– If the student informs us of his absence more than 2 hours before the lesson, a compensatory lesson can be arranged for him.
– If a student plans to take a holiday for a period of up to one month, we can arrange to make-up their classes. Arranging the make-up classes can be before or after the holiday. For more info, please have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions.
– TEACHERS PUNCTUALITY
– In case the teacher is late because of a technical issue, please contact us via our WhatsApp NO. +201551907884 and we’ll try to solve the issue. The teacher is responsible for compensating the student for the missed time at the end of the running class or adding it to the student’s next class. – QUALITY CONTROL
The learning process is controlled by quality standards regularly measured to make sure all the students are experiencing the same high-quality learning process. The learning quality standards are measured by various procedures such as providing regular training for the teachers, monitoring attendance, collecting the students’ feedback, and conducting regular examinations.
– PRIVACY POLICY
Arabian Tongue Institute keeps the privacy of both student and teacher. All personal information is considered as secret information that no one has the right to know, copy nor use it in any way. The e-mail accounts provided by the institute for the teachers and the students are the formal and only correspondences channel.
– RATING AND FEEDBACK
Students are requested to send feedback on the teacher and class. Feedback is essential to enhance the overall quality of learning.

– PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said, ‘Allah has given you something better than them, the day of (Eid) Adhaa and the day of (Eid) Fitr. Accordingly, we have two main public holidays which are the holiday of Eid Aladha that lasts for 5 days, and the holiday of Eid Alfitr that lasts for 3 days. The missed classes during the holidays will be rescheduled.
– LEAVING THE INSTITUTE
If the student decides to leave the institute for any reason, they should email support@arabiantongue.com two weeks earlier than the date of leaving and mention the reason behind that.
