Dua of the Day 12 of ramadan

“O God, grant me reason and alertness in it, keep me away from foolishness and camouflage, and make for me a share of every good thing you bring down in, by your presence, O best of the best”. The reward for this supplication is “Whoever calls upon the children of God Almighty to have a house in Paradise in which there are seventy thousand rooms of bright light, in every room a thousand beds upon every mermaid.A mermaid, and every day, with a thousand angels entering upon him”

Translation

“اَللّـهُمَّ ارْزُقْني فيهِ الذِّهْنَ وَالتَّنْبيهَ، وَباعِدْني فيهِ مِنَ السَّفاهَةِ وَالَّتمْويهِ، وَاجْعَلْ لى نَصيباً مِنْ كُلِّ خَيْر تُنْزِلُ فيهِ، بِجُودِكَ يا اَجْوَدَ الاَْجْوَدينَ”. ثواب هذا الدعاء “مَنْ دَعَا بِهِ بَنَى اللَّهُ تَعَالَى لَهُ بَيْتاً فِي جَنَّةِ الْفِرْدَوْسِ فِيهِ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ غُرْفَةٍ مِنْ نُورٍ سَاطِعٍ، فِي كُلِّ غُرْفَةٍ أَلْفُ سَرِيرٍ عَلَى كُلِّ سَرِيرٍ حُورِيَّةٌ، وَ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ أَلْفُ مَلَكٍ بِالْهَدَايَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى”

Hadith of the Day

«Islam is built on five things: testimony that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God, establishing prayer, paying zakat, performing Hajj to the House, and fasting Ramadan » (narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim).

Translation

«بني الإسلام على خمس: شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله وأن محمدًا رسول الله، وإقام الصلاة، وإيتاء الزكاة، وحج البيت، وصوم رمضان» (رواه البخاري ومسلم).
